Happenings Newsletter for January/February - Although we know the work done by the North Carolina Healthy Start Foundation and our statewide partners is important and can be life-saving, progress is often difficult to measure. So, it is very good news that a series of reports issued in late 2011 show quantifiable results have been achieved.
