Welcome to the "Partnership Page" of the Health Check (Medicaid)/ NC Health Choice Outreach Web Site! You play an important role in helping families gain access to the services they need and to support themselves and their families economically.

The goal of this page is to help our outreach partners assure that families learn about North Carolina's child health insurance programs, Health Check and NC Health Choice, as they access other programs and services. Family insurance coverage may be prohibitively expensive for the families we serve. Knowing about an alternate option for covering their kids may reduce a family's expenses and financial stress.
