Folded Health Check/NC Health Choice fact sheets out of stock until 2009

(10/08) - Due to an increased demand for the educational materials, the NC Healthy Start Foundation has run out of the folded HC/NCHC fact sheets (item #D4BR). We would like to encourage you to use the HC/NCHC envelope stuffer (item D3) as a substitute. The cost of each envelope stuffer is much lower and its size is the same as the folded fact sheet. Envelope stuffers contain all the needed information to promote Health Check and NC Health Choice and prove especially helpful when you distribute larger quantities of materials. With its yellow background, they also stand out among other materials.

The Foundation still offers the padded fact sheets
(item #D4) but won’t re-stock the folded ones until April 1, 2009, when the new federal poverty income guidelines become effective.
