(4/05) --An ad and article about Medical Home and Health Check / NC Health Choice was placed in the 2005 issues of Early Childcare Directories for the Triangle and Charlotte/Mecklenburg (7-county) areas of the state.

This magazine is distributed to 60,000 annually.
