New Health Check/NC Health Choice envelope stuffer with current income guidelines is now available!

(9/06) A two-sided Health Check/NC Health Choice envelope stuffer that includes current income guidelines is now available through the North Carolina Healthy Start Foundation. This new bilingual (English/Spanish) outreach material intended for mass mailing and widespread distribution replaces two separate envelope stuffers previously offered in English and Spanish. Based on suggestions from the Health Check Coordinators, the envelope stuffer also lists benefits, toll-free number and Web site, and provides space for local information.

Designed to draw attention, this bright piece can be used during large gatherings, at schools and childcare centers, as an insert in large mailings, and in business outreach. Special thanks to all Health Check Coordinators who shared their valuable comments that helped in its development.
