including shipping (for North Carolina residents only). Click
here for an order form. Completed order forms should be faxed to (919) 828-1446. Sorry, items cannont be shipped
outside of North Carolina.
Be creative! We encourage the display of posters in physician
practices and throughout areas of the community, including
churches, community centers, hair salons, workplace break-rooms,
etc. Post them where they can be seen - waiting rooms,
exam rooms, women's restrooms, hallways and bulletin boards.
